As a qualified Ayurvedic Massage Therapist, I am dedicated to supporting individuals in cultivating balance, tranquility, and a deeper connection to self. Guided by the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, my approach focuses on restoring harmony between the body, mind, and spirit.
Alongside my Diploma in Ayurvedic Therapies, I hold a Bachelor of Medical Science Pharmacology and bring over 15 years of experience in clinical drug development. This combination of scientific insight and holistic knowledge allows me to offer a balanced perspective, merging modern medicine with ancient Ayurvedic practices.
Through this integrative approach, I offer consultations and treatments that are both intuitively guided and rooted in a deep understanding of the body. ​Each session is carefully tailored to the individual to support the body's natural healing, inner balance, and harmony.

Fully qualified Ayurvedic Massage Therapist, holding a diploma obtained from Ayurveda Pura Academy, a leading UK provider of accredited Ayurvedic education. This comprehensive course combined in-depth theoretical study with hands-on practical training in traditional Ayurvedic massage techniques and treatments. Key areas of study also included Ayurvedic principles, anatomy and physiology, treatment planning, and the therapeutic use of herbal oils.

This degree provided a strong foundation in medical science, including comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, major pathologies, and pharmacological mechanisms within the body. It also included training in research methods, clinical trial design, and core scientific principles, supporting an evidence-based approach to health and medicine.
